After his ''Suite for Microband'', here is another piece by Flavio BAR that, thanks to the use of simple orchestration, is also suitable for small ensembles. It is a rock-style piece, in which the three movements come and go, using a language that is captivating and modern. The first movement is a collection of Italian-style melodies. The second, almost reflective, allows a wide-ranging and songlike melody to emerge. The third is dominated by the rhythmic aspect of the music. Simply three musical movements, simply suite.
